These Terms of Service apply to residential cleaning services offered by Spark and Shine QC in the Quad Cities service area. By requesting or booking a cleaning, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and service details

Estimates are based on the information you provide about the home and requested work. The final price and scope will be confirmed before service begins. If the home’s condition or requested work differs substantially from the information provided, we will discuss any revised estimate or service plan with you and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Scheduling, access, pets, and preparation

Please provide accurate and current information needed to access the home, including entry instructions, keys, codes, or other arrangements. Before the appointment, tell us about pets and provide any pet instructions, preparation requirements, or other conditions that may affect the service. You are responsible for arranging access at the scheduled time.

Payment

Payment for completed service is due on the day of the cleaning, when the invoice is issued. Accepted payment methods and any deposit requirements, if applicable, will be stated in the estimate, invoice, or booking confirmation. Any additional charges will be discussed with you before the additional work is performed.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if we cannot access the home at the scheduled time because the required access arrangements were not provided or do not work, you will be charged the full quoted cleaning price for that appointment.

Questions or concerns about service

If you have a concern about a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours after service. We will review the concern with you and discuss a resolution.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services or practices change. The version posted on this page will show its effective date.
